Couples must obtain Special Event Liability Insurance and it must include the following four items: 1-Premises liability for medial and legal fees if a guest is injured. 2-Damage to rental premises if the venue is accidentally damaged. 3-Host liquor liability in case a guest becomes intoxicated and causes injury or damage. 4-Personal and advertising injury for claims of slander, libel, or copyright infringement occurring at the event. Event Cancellation Coverage is also highly recommended in case you need to cancel within 3 months of your wedding for any reason, which will result in no refund. A popular company most couples use for insurance is the Event Helper.

Once you book your date, you’ll be assigned a venue manager (they will most likely be the same person who gave you the tour). Your event manager is your point of contact for any questions. They will set up a one hour walkthrough 4-6 weeks before your wedding for your coordinator and caterer to work through details of the big day. Next, they will be there with you for a one hour rehearsal from 10am-11am the day before your wedding. Finally, they will be present the entire day of your wedding to turn on the lights, maintain the bathrooms, and answer any venue related questions. They also are responsible for communicating venue polices with vendors and all vendors must check out with the venue manager before leaving after the wedding.
-
Your rehearsal is from 10am-11am the day before your wedding with your venue manager. This is reserved for ceremony guests only and pets, games, and picnics are not permitted.

No, you and your guests are not allowed to serve alcohol to follow legal and liability standards. A bartender must serve all alcohol and if your caterer doesn’t provide one you must use our exclusive bartending company the Wandering Wagon. The couple must consult with the Wandering Wagon on the recommended list of alcohol, then the couple must purchase and pick up the alcohol at our exclusive provider Liquor Max in Loveland. Then, any alcohol not consumed at the event can be returned to Liquor Max within 48 hours for a refund back to the couple. Please email Harmon Hundal at Liquor Max for questions at coloksr@outlook.com. Most couples put someone in their bridal party in charge of picking up and returning the alcohol.
