Fisher Gardens
Fisher Gardens is one of the best venues in Northern Colorado for the big day. We provide a unique blend of historical charm and lush gardens to have a wedding your guests will never forget.
What’s included in the venue rental?
1-You’ll receive full access to the main house (2392 sq ft), carriage house and deck (500 sq ft), and lush gardens from 12pm-9pm. The max guests count is 120.
2-You’ll receive full access to three bathrooms in the main house for your guests.
3-You’ll receive free parking for up to 60 cars and the parking lot is only a short walk to the venue.
4-You’ll receive access to our commercial kitchen for your caterer with ice maker, refrigerator, sink, and prep tables.
5-You’ll receive table and chairs for up to 120 guests.
6-You’ll receive access to our tents in case of inclement weather.
7-You’ll receive access to our vintage bar table for your bartender to set up.
8-You’ll receive access to our PA system for toasts and music.
9-A one hour walk-through consultation with your event manager.
10-Access to the property for a one hour rehearsal the day before your wedding.
11-Services of your event manager the day of your wedding to maintain bathrooms, turn on lights, and answer any venue related questions.
2027 Prices
Thursdays $7000
Fridays & Sundays $9000
Saturdays $11000
*10% of all revenue is donated to local charities
50% is due upon signing and the remaining 50% is due three months before your wedding. There’s also a $1000 security deposit required to cover any minor damage by your wedding party or vendors. This is given back after the wedding minus any needed repairs.
REFUND POLICY:
If you cancel within three months of your wedding date you will receive no refund, which is why we highly recommend adding Event Cancellation Coverage to your required Special Event Liability Insurance.
