McCreery Gardens
McCreery Gardens is one of the best venues in Northern Colorado for the big day. We provide a unique blend of historical charm and lush gardens to have a wedding your guests will never forget.
What’s included in the venue rental?
1-You’ll receive full access to the main house (2392 sq ft), carriage house and deck (500 sq ft), and lush gardens from 12pm-9pm. The max guests count is 120.
2-You’ll receive full access to three bathrooms in the main house for your guests.
3-You’ll receive free parking for up to 60 cars and the parking lot is only a short walk to the venue.
4-You’ll receive access to our commercial kitchen for your caterer with ice maker, refrigerator, sink, and prep tables.
5-You’ll receive table and chairs for up to 120 guests.
6-You’ll receive access to our tents in case of inclement weather.
7-You’ll receive access to our vintage bar table for your bartender to set up.
8-A one hour walk-through consultation with your event manager.
9-Access to the property for a one hour rehearsal the day before your wedding.
10-Services of your event manager the day of your wedding to maintain bathrooms, turn on lights, and answer any venue related questions.

Thursdays $7000
Fridays & Sundays $8500
Saturdays $10,000
*10% of all revenue is donated to local charities
*These prices are for peak wedding season from mid-May through mid-October. If your wedding is during off season the pricing is reduced by 30%.
50% of the fee is due upon signing and the remaining 50% is due three months before your wedding. There’s also a $1000 security deposit required to cover any minor damage by your wedding party or vendors. This is given back within 7 days of the wedding minus any needed repairs.
REFUND POLICY:
You will not receive a refund if you cancel within three months of your wedding date, which is why we highly recommend adding Event Cancellation Coverage to your required Special Event Liability Insurance.
