Required Vendor List
To ensure you have the best wedding possible, you must use a vendor from our preferred list because they have already been vetted.

You must choose a caterer from this list for your wedding. Your caterer will need a staff to set up the tables and chairs, clean the tables throughout your event, clean up the dinner area afterwards, put away the table and chairs, and clean the venue of all trash. Your caterer must also provide linens, plates, and glassware. In addition, if you want alcohol at your wedding, be sure to ask your caterer if they provide bartending services. If not, you will need to use one from our list.

You are required to hire a planner for your wedding from this list. Many offer options between full coordination from the start all the way to only day of wedding services. The wedding couple and their family/friends aren’t allowed to be the planner. This is done to keep the day stress free and ensure everyone has a positive experience at your wedding.

You must use our bartender if you want alcohol served at your event. You must purchase all alcohol from our partner Liquor Max in Loveland and bring it to the event. Within 48 hours of your event you can return any unused alcohol for credit back to you.
