To ensure you have the best wedding possible, you must use a vendor from our preferred list because they have already been vetted.

You must choose a caterer from this list for your wedding. Your caterer will need a staff to set up the tables and chairs, clean the tables throughout your event, clean up the dinner area afterwards, put away the table and chairs, and clean the venue of all trash. Your caterer must also provide linens, plates, and glassware. In addition, if you want alcohol at your wedding, be sure to hire a caterer who provides bartending services, which most of them do. Colorado operates under a “dry hire” model for alcohol where the couple purchases the alcohol and the caterer provides TIPS Certified bartenders to serve it safely. You must place your alcohol order through our loyalty partners in Loveland and they will deliver the beverages chilled. This will save you thousands compared to having the catering company provide the alcohol.

You are required to hire a planner for your wedding from this list. Many offer options between full coordination from the start all the way to only day of wedding services. The wedding couple and their family/friends aren’t allowed to be the planner. This is done to keep the day stress free and ensure everyone has a positive experience at your wedding.
